Due to increasing needs in fuelling requirements, we have developed a full "in-tank surge tank kit" and these have been track tested in several customer cars in various applications: drifting, circuit racing and high performance street driving with excellent results!

This new FPG kit features an anodised surge tank, with cnc machined billet components which allow the installation of 1 or 2 fuel pumps inside, plus a lift pump. The lift pump ensures the pot is filled with fuel at all times, even when the fuel tank is running low. This is the ultimate in-tank setup if you want race car performance with OEM footprint. This can support over 1000whp on E85.

It can be ordered as a "Single or Twin Pumps" configuration and can be modified/upgraded at any point in time with additional parts (ie: you can order a twin pump configuration and use only one pump for now and add another one later)

We've revised the mounting options to allow more pump models to be used, including the BKS1000 and BKS1001 brushless pumps as well as the popular Walbro (Ti Automotive 450/460/525/535 E85 pumps, and the 340LpH pumps made by AEM, Raceworks, Deatschwerks and the like (Check the outlet barb size, as the kit is designed to fit 3/8" or 10mm barbs and not the smaller 5/16" or 8mm ones).

Connectors to connect to the plugs in the hat are included, and come with both barrel and F crimp type terminals.

We also have some matching Nissan style connectors so you can connect to the factory wiring without cutting wires in the "wiring and connectors" section.

The kits can be ordered with a wide range of fitting options including: 5/15" barbs, GM quick connect, AN6, AN8, AN10. The female threads in the billet hat are M18x1.5 so fittings can be interchanged or replaced at any point in time. Extra fittings or replacement fittings can be found in the "hose and fittings" section.

The pumps can be powered individually via the 4 pin plug in the hat and grounding through the hat (grounding boss built-in on the top and underside of hat).

The fuel level sender will work with the factory cluster (same resistance values as the oem sender) and aftermarket digital dashes when configured in the dash correctly.

We recommend using the FPG tank access cover for more clearance and ease of wiring, as the factory cover can be a bit tight. Covers can be found in the "dress up parts" section.

The kits are compatible with all fuel types and use 10mm flexible tubing. Some pumps like SARD or Walbro 255 use 8mm barbs and will not fit correctly.

Please note that the Walbro 535 (F90000295) pumps do not have built-in check valves and will require additional check valves if used in a staged  multi-pump configuration). Always talk to your tuner to make sure you are building the right fuel system for your application!

The lift pump can be any 38-39mm body fuel pump. We recommend using the Pierburg 7.21088.62.0 

The kit comes with the pump strainers and connectors, hoses, clamps and the Deutsch connectors to connect to the hat. Add fuel pumps, and you're good to go! A new tank seal is also included.
