80s Green Velvet Dress Puffed Shoulders / Small

Dark green and lustrous velvet dress, it has a jewel neckline and puffed shoulders on half-length sleeves that are ruched at the side, towards the bottom. Chest is fitted with curved princess seams and the waist is nipped. Skirt is voluminous, ending at the ankles and lined with white crinoline for extra pouffiness. Closes with a zipper down the center of the back. Torso lined in satin.
