Do I need fasteners to install this, or does it glue in?

Will this lens fit my power mirror, or just manual?

This lens is designed for both power and manual Cobalt mirrors — the glass itself doesn't interact with the motor. The mounting method is the same either way.

Can I paint or tint this after installation?

Polyurethane can be painted, but surface prep is critical — lightly scuff and clean before any topcoat. Tinting is not recommended on polyurethane mirror glass, as adhesive finishes may not cure properly on this material.
