Another new feature is the direct and indirect style cooking.

Either load it up with burgers and hot dogs and cook directly above the heat or set up your BBQ differently and cook a larger cut of meat such as a leg of lamb or whole chicken.

The lid on this mastertouch has rust proof air vents which will allow you to easily control the air flow inside the BBQ. You will also find a lid thermometer which allows you to accurately gauge how hot your grill is and adjust accordingly.

The legs on this model are taller than some others and has been designed for the perfect working height. On the enamelled bowl you will find a bowl handle which has integrated hooks to hang your tools.

Weber's one touch cleaning system allows for safe and easy ash disposal, with a simply push of a handle the ash is swept into an enclosed bowl which can be easily removed when you are ready.

This Black Weber Master-Touch GBS E-5750 Charcoal Barbecue, is a fully equipped weatherproof barbecue with a 57cm Weber Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) cooking grate.

This unique Weber BBQ does it all. It’s ideal for cooking barbecue classics for family mealtimes, and when guests come over it really shines, as the list of food you can prepare with the Weber Master-Touch is endless.

With the stainless steel hinged GBS cooking grate you can extend your repertoire to incorporate a multitude of exciting ways to cook, making it easy to rustle up breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner fresh from the grill. Inspiring you to use other items from the Weber GBS grillware series, you’ll be able to prepare everything from stonebaked pizza and sizzled fajitas, to succulent roast chicken or flavourful seared steak with bold grill lines.

Using the bowl vents, you’ll be able to control the ‘smoke’ setting, giving you heat control to create ideal temperatures for barbecuing, smoking or roasting.

An iGrill bracket holder is ideal to attach your Weber iGrill barbecue hub to, so you can precisely monitor when to flip or serve your BBQ food (purchased separately) and to help you manage the heat, there’s a handy built-in lid thermometer too. So no need to lift the lid too often, keeping heat and flavour locked in.

A bottom wire rack is great for storage and the handy lid-holder frees up hands, enabling two handed barbecuing. Safety is important and to ensure hands don’t get burned, the lid handle comes with a heat shield.

Weber recommend positioning food directly over briquettes to traditionally barbecue food or move food to the sides and keep the lid on for indirect cooking.

When you have finished barbecuing, the stainless steel one touch cleaning system can be used to operate three angled blades which sweep ash into a removable ash catcher pan, ready to be disposed of once cooled.
