Side Louvers (also known as Rear Quarter Louvres, Air Vent Grill, Side window vent ) made of ABS Plastic.

The Side Window Covers is crafted from ABS plastic, a popular material in the automotive industry. ABS plastic is resistant to UV rays and sunlight, ensuring that you'll enjoy a high-quality detail on your window for a long time.

We offer two types of product surface finishes:

Orange Peel Texture: This surface features a texture resembling that of an orange peel, commonly seen on many automotive interior components. With its subtle roughness, this finish is especially appreciated in vintage-style vehicles but is also a trendy option for modern designs.

Installation Methods for Attaching a Louver to a Window:

Double-Sided Adhesive Tape:

Start by cleaning both the window and louver surfaces thoroughly. Then, apply double-sided tape along the entire perimeter of the grille. Remove the protective layer from the tape, align the center, and firmly press the louver onto the side window.

Metal Adhesive Brackets with Screws and Nuts:

Drill holes in the louvers and secure the metal plates to the louver using washers and screws (avoid over-tightening). Remove the protective layer from the plates, align the center, and attach the louver to the window. You need 1 set of Mounting Kit for full set installation.

Velcro Tape:

The installation procedure is identical to that of double-sided tape. However, the advantage of Velcro is that it allows for easy removal and reattachment of the louver to the window.

Windshield Glue:

It’s important to properly degrease the surfaces before application. Apply the glue along the perimeter and carefully position the louver on the window. Immediately wipe away any excess glue from the edges. For degreasing, use a thinner or other appropriate cleaning agents.
