Shoulders - 8.25"
Chest -10.25" pit to pit
Waist - 11.25" across
Length - 17.5"; 7.75" bodice, 9.75" skirt
Condition - The only flaw I noticed is that the elastic in the sleeves and waist is starting to get stretched out. It still has a little stretch but not as much as I'm assuming it once did. It can totally be worn just as is or the elastic could be replaced. Also it has belt loops but no belt. I'm thinking it was probably just a red ribbon which you could easily replace if so desired.
