These square swim trunks for boys are produced in our unique signature material AquaFlex Eco, which consists of 100% polyester (55% of which comes from recycled plastic bottles), so you/your boy get the only available pair of trunks in sustainable materials that are also ultra chlorine resistant (+500 hours in water).

Special sustainability and durability combined in these Flaming Vegas Trunks

The swim trunks are produced in our unique Aquaflex ECO material consisting of 100% polyester, of which 55% is recycled from plastic bottles made from repreve yarn and 45% is PBT polyester.

This composition offers several specific benefits:

• 100% chlorine and UV resistant to maintain fit and colour through +500 hours in water
  
• UPF +50 UV protection
  
• A uniquely high level of breathability
  
• Equipped with 4-way elasticity in the fabric, which gives you the necessary feeling of freedom in the swim trunks
• Oil and sunscreen resistant and antibacterial, so you/your boy avoids a heavy pair of swim trunks covered in various oils and stays fresh over and over again
  
• Water-repellent and water-resistant, so they don't absorb water and therefore won't be heavy to swim with, and you'll find that you float more naturally through the water instead
  
• The fact that the swim trunks are actually made from recycled plastic bottles that have been collected from the world's oceans is possible because they undergo a demanding treatment after collection. This involves crushing the bottles into small flakes, going through adaptive heating and cooling, and ultimately becoming the strongest and most durable recyclable sewing thread in the world
  
• But even though this process is demanding, compared to a brand new virgin fibre compared to a brand new virgin fibre, it emits fewer emissions, uses less water and uses only new crude oil along the way
  
• The elastic at the top edge and the sewing thread around the leg cutout of the swim trunks have a major impact on their durability, as they often become loose after trips in chlorinated water. In Flaming Vegas, the particularly chlorine-resistant Fratelli Leoni® elastic is chosen, which retains its elasticity up to 3 times longer than normally used elastics for swimwear due to the special pre-treatment of the silicone. In addition, the sewing thread used in the swim trunks, Alterfil® T, is particularly soft against the skin and gives a nice finish at the edge
  

The swim trunks are produced in Europe under the highest OEKO-TEX standard 100 certification, which is given to products that have passed tests against harmful chemical substances.

Designed with the small details in mind

• Ranging from 18 cm to 24 cm in side length (depending on size). These lengths were decided after +90 tests on boys aged 3-15 years to find the optimal length where they are neither intimidating nor turn into shorts. This results in a length that ends at the top of the thigh
• Equipped with a waist drawstring so you or your boy can quickly and easily tighten or loosen the swim trunks
• The typical sewing seams on the front are omitted, giving Flaming Vegas a completely flat look from the front and avoiding unnecessary disturbance to the little guy
• Added a discreet white logo on one side to maintain the classic look
• Comes in a free (value: 13,27 EUR) and reusable wet/dry bag that the swim trunks can be put in to and from training, so the rest of the swim bag doesn't get wet after the swim
