This is a 1980s ivory wedding gown with a richly embellished fitted bustier featuring a sweetheart neckline. The bodice is adorned with appliqués, embroidered organza, sequins and beads in a floral motif. The full skirt gathers at a basque waist and extends to the floor, finishing with an appliquéd hem of leaves. The underskirt is satin while the outer skirt is organza. There are shoulder hanging loops. Centre back plastic zipper closure, which has been strategically covered with snap fastened appliqués.

CONDITION: Good. A few faint marks on the skirt. A few pulled threads and loose beads. A small place in the back where it looks like brown thread has been used instead of ivory (last photo). An area at the side seam where some of the embroidery is frayed.
