Wild Country by Genesco showed up about 77 and lasted to the mid 90s I believe. Not to be confused with a more recent Wild Boots brand.

These well constructed square toe beauties have a leather stacked heel, low platform, leather sole, with rubber heel pads.

Pull tabs are sturdy, so is the entire boot. Conditioned exterior, sterilized interior, but did not attempt to clean them. They look as if they‰ЫЄll clean up well.

I love this style, so metro chic, crosses over to so many looks. Gypsy, Beat, Bohemian, Classic Rocker, Hippie Chic, Biker Boots.
