Returns

We at Adapt Life are committed to ensuring you are delighted with every purchase. However, if you need to make a return, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll guide you through the return process.

Here are a few important points to note:

• Please make sure your selected products are suitable for your needs as returns may incur return shipping charges and 20% restocking fee unless your product arrives damaged or is faulty.
• You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns requested after this period.
• Bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or arrive damaged.
• Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, mattresses and bathroom products cannot be returned once they have been opened, assembled, or used. We therefore recommend inspecting the product while it remains in its original packaging.
