A Bit of History:

The Cacace family, who are natives of Mola di Bari just like Nonna Romana, produce this sauce in their facilities in Brooklyn, NY, next to their famous restaurant, Michaels of Brooklyn.  As a matter of fact, the mother of the founder, Michael Cacace, was a frequent customer in Nonna Romana's Bottega (Grocery Store) back in Mola di Bari during the '50s. What a small world!
