This low-rise mini skirt is made out of shiny black stretch velvet fabric. It has a wide waistband with thin elastic sewn into the top of the waistband. The flared skirt panels make it a full circle skirt.

■SIZE INFO: Find the size chart in the item images. Choose your size based on your waist measurement. This skirt is made out of stretch fabric with an elastic waist and the waistband is sized a little bigger than our other skirts so you can wear it lower around your waist. Size chart shows body measurements, not skirt measurements. The actual skirt waistband will be slightly smaller than your waist and stretch to fit.
