Will this bolt straight in, or do I need adapters?

This mounts at factory points with no drilling or adapters required. Unbolt the old radiator, drain the coolant, and bolt this one in place. Refill and bleed the system per your service manual.

What's your return process if it doesn't fit?

Contact support with photos of the fit or model confirmation. Returns are handled case-by-case — this is an OEM direct-fit part, so fitment issues are rare, but we'll make it right if there's a problem.
