LOUVER DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

(Term 1 week.)

✔ After receiving a request from the customer, we discuss what product design the customer wants.

✔ We design a louver on a 3D staged projection of a car window.

✔ A visualization of the designed part is presented for the customer's inspection and we adjust the design upon request.

✔ Once the customer confirms that the design of the product satisfies him, we start :

THERMO MOLD PRODUCTION

(Term 1-2 weeks)

✔ A mold is produced by a 3d milling machine according to the drawings of the created design.

✔ The material for the thermo mold is selected considering the number of parts planned to be produced.

✔ Aluminum (more expensive) or composite (cheaper) material is used.

3.

PRODUCTION OF LOUVER

(Term 1 week.)

✔ Once the mold is finished - we make the product.

✔ The product is inspected, if inaccuracies and defects are found, they are removed.

4.

FINAL PROCESSING OF THE WINDWO LOUVER

(Term 2 days.)

✔ The product is finally processed, a photograph is sent to the customer.

✔ The product is packed and sent to the customer's address. Shipment tracking information is provided.
