Oh so 1960's Twiggy/Carnaby Street low waist summer dress. Fabric seems to be a polyester crepe (no tag) with a groovy, Op Art paisley design. The colors are bright pastels: sky blue, lemon yellow, spring green, light pink and white. Dress has French darts in front and contour darts in back for shaping. Neck is round, set in short sleeves. Low waist and pleated scooter skirt (called scooter because the skirt is wide enough to easily stride a scooter in swinging London!) 22" back zipper. Has that 60's does 20's Thoroughly Modern Millie vibe!
